We lost our sweet baby Gizmo in October to a particularly vicious cancer. He's just has his third birthday.

We did everything we could, including two surgeries and several different medications.

I've entered several pictures of Gizmo in
PawSpot's contest
benefitting the National Canine Caner Foundation. It's free to enter, votes cost $2 each.

The money raised goes to help fund research for treatment and cures to canine cancer.

If you have time, please consider entering photos of your babies and soliciting votes. The more votes your photo gets, the more money goes to keeping all our fur babies healthy, happy and at home with us.

Aww, sorry to hear that. However, thanks for the awareness of the PawSpot site. We'll have to check it out.
What a great idea. We'll be sure to head on over and check that out. And thanks for showing us some pictures of Gizmo, we really miss that little guy.

We miss Gizmo. We will definitely check out that website. When was Gizmo's birthday? Pork & Brown just had their birthdays (Pork turned 3 and Brown turned 2). We wish Gizmo could be here to celebrate his birthday, too. We will cut a huge piece of our bithday cake for Gizmo.

Oh Kara, thanks for sharing pictures of Gizmo again. He was such a sweetie, and we think of him often.
Hello.....Frenchie's and Pug's!! That's a great combination. Thanks for stopping by our site to say hi.

OMG, that breaks my heart. These babies are so precious--I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I just read today in "Mystical Dogs" that the legend is that the first to great us when we cross over are our beloved pets who went first.
Love,
Kelly
Aww...Nice to see Gizmo again... I know you hold him close to your hearts. I miss The little man.
Aww, I miss reading about Gizmo, he was such a good little dude.
Oh little Moe! Sweet baby! :( We miss him!
What a wonderful face! I'm sure you miss him very much.
Another site for canine cancer research is www.dogdna.org. This is through the Broad Institute, Harvard, and MIT.
