The Bloody War

Gizmo says:
"Stupud skeetars mayk mi krazeis!!!!!"
My arch enemies (aka mosquitoes) have found a new and sinister way to retaliate against me for killing so many of their comrades with my Mosquito Death Trap.
They gave me a staph infection.
Ok, just to make Alan and his picky med school student self happy, they actually didn't give me a staph infection. Everyone has staph on their skin - these bites happened to be just right to allow some staph to get in. He says I must have scratched and let it in, but I maintain the

mosquitoes went to their little weapons factory, cooked up some staph, stuck their rotten stingers in and came straight for me.
This is what my forearm looked like all swollen and staphy:

I had another spot on the back of my other arm too.
So, I've been extra zealous in my mosquito killing lately. At least 20 get in the car with me in the morning and I look like a mad woman slapping all over the car until I kill them all. In the house, I spend a good 20 minutes walking around with a fly swatter before bed each night. The unsuspecting ones get squashed before they know it, and I stalk the ones who dare to evade me.

Don't laugh at me (Emily). This is war:
* Ivacuumedd out my car and needed a mask to keep from inhaling them
*• They bite on the face, which is against the rules of engagement
*• They hide in the shower
*• They hang out beside the door and rush in with me
*• They stabbed me
*• They congregate beside the washer/dryer in the detatched garage (a laundry room is first priority for our next house)
*• Worst: They bite my dogs, especially Moe

Obviously Gizmo and I are so sweet we arirresistiblesitable.
I could take it if they just went after me. But mess with my pugs and I will come after you and your 8 billion offspring.

You really just need some Raid to carry around with you...or move to Plano. I haven't been bit once yet this season.

And quit making Gizmo talk.

Are you wearing pink stretch pants in that first picture? Kara, the 80's aren't back that much.

Mosquitos are evil. I see no purpose for them in this world. If they were to be totally eliminated from the ecosystem, I don't think one bad thing would come of it.

Mosquitoes are nasty, mean, evil bugs. We have lots here, too. But that's scary how you got that infection! I'd rather see a mosquitoe than a BIG FAT ROACH....you have those there, too, I'm sure.

I wish they would of gone to extinction like the dinoaurs. So far this year we are lucky and do not have much of a problem here with them.

Take care of the both of you! Messing with my babies would me war also.
