Clean margins!!!

The surgeon called today and said the tumor had clean margins - yay! That means it's not likely to have spread.
I don't think the surgeon knew whole history of this thing, 'cause he said he couldn't guarantee it was the primary tumor because it was in a lymph node and yada yada yada. We've already been through that with the vet oncologist and he's pretty convinced it began in the lymph node.
We'll talk to the oncologist tomorrow when we get back home (we made a stop on the way back to visit Alan's brother in Austin). We'll probably set up some radiation treatments then as well.

Moe is still doing great. The bruising has gone down quite a bit from this picture several days ago.
Moe loves to hang out with me while I catch up on blogs. Sometimes I put his bed on the desk, if there's one within reach when he asks to come up.

I wish I could tell everyone in person (but most of us have never met that way anyway!) how much it means to us that you are praying for Moe and thinking of us. It helps so much!
